The time has come for the Skaven army list to be closer looked at. Inside v0.5 you will find plenty of adjustments made to models. Some have become cheaper, others have gone up in price. Many units have had their equipment options added.
You will also notice that some units, such as the Clan Rats, have different prices depending on how many models you have in the unit. This is the new way of doing it, to make sure each unit costs according to what it can perform on the battlefield. All v0.5 lists will use this for any units that provide good bonuses in large quantities.
You can find the lists HERE!
Which army list should I finish to v0.5 next...
Really nice job!! And for the next army... Vampire Counts please, please, please...
ReplyDeleteThank you, mate! Sure, Vampire Counts is up next!
DeleteOh, really? Much appreciated! I'm really loooking forward to have the new update for the VC and for the new paladins of the Stormcast comming this week, meanwhile, i guess, i will use the same value point as de retributors. Thank you again mate!
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty sure I can fit in the Stormcast v0.5 too, it's not a massive list after all :)
DeleteThat will be be nice cause atm as i said i can use the retributor value point but the problem is the starmace it has no point value at all atm. Btw talking about the mace, have you notice that in the GW web rules PDF of any of the new paladines it says; 2 for 5 paladin can carry a mace but, in the android app it says 1 every 5... I've noticed more erratas like that for example with malekith, webpage PDF arent exactly the same as the warscroll on the android app. The problem is... Wich one is the correct one? Strange fails from GW...
DeleteYeah that's a problem they should clarify quickly before people build their models with two maces only to find out there's only one allowed! For me, I think I'll go with the safest and put it 1 in 5, easy to fix if it turns out to actually be 2 in 5 later on :)
DeleteI wrote an e-mail to GW asking which one is the correct. When I get an answer I let you know but I think the good one will be 1 every 5, 2 every 5 seems a bit overpower 2d3 mortal wounds per turn with no dice roll at all could be a bit op.
DeleteGood initiative!
DeleteOh man sorry, i don't know why my mobile phone is sending the messages tons of times just pushing one time...
ReplyDeleteDon't worry about it at all, I'll just delete any duplicate messages!
DeleteI'm not sure what you mean with 10 clanrats 40p, 20 clanrats 50p, 30 clanrats 60p. Wouldn't it be better to write either 20 clanrats 80p/100p, 30 clanrats 150p/180p? (reason why I'm writing 80/100 and 150/180 is that I see no incentive to buy 20 rats over 19 if the 20'th rat is costing you 24 point, but only really gives a bonus until you take one casualty. So perhaps it would be better to get the regular price until you hit the multiplier number (in this case 20 and 30). Just a thought :)
ReplyDeleteArgh a typo! It means to read 20 for 100p, 30 for 180p. We should take the cost/model to dakkadakka and discuss it there - I'll do it tomorrow at, or perhaps rather after, work :) thanks for noticing the typo!
ReplyDeleteI'm very excited to read V0.5 of the Stormcast Eternals. I used them last night and the Lord-Celestant on Dracoth seemed very good for his points.
ReplyDeleteThe rules for the Stormcast v0.5 will come in a few hours. The Drachoth will go up in points, not decided how much yet :) Thanks for the input, and please let me know after you've played some more with the new points if it's still too good.
