PPC Updated to v2016.08!

Hey all!

Today we hit the new version of PPC, modified for use with the General's Handbook recently released by Games Workshop!

Please note that the PPC battleplans have not yet been updated, but will be this weekend. The Battlescribe file will probably also be done by the weekend.

- Added unit maximum numbers to all army lists according to the General's Handbook.
- Updated the main PPC Comp document to include many of the changes made in the General's Handbook.
- Will soon update all PPC Battleplans to closer follow the Pitched Battles battleplans in the General's Handbook.
