Added the Dracothian Guard and the new equipment options of the Lord-Celestant on Dracoth. These can be found in the Stormcast Eternals list, which has now been updated to v2016.03b.
The Lord-Celestant on Dracoth also has the option of being equipped with a shield, but its warscroll adds no bonuses because of it. I can only assume GW missed out on it and that it will be fixed later on. I will add the equipment option when that happens.
