Three lists updated to v0.6!

Hi all!

High Elves, Lizardmen, and Vampire Counts have been updated to v0.6 as of today!

There aren't many surprises in these lists, other than some monsters having their cost raised pretty massively. But if anyone's played those monsters, it shouldn't really come as a surprise after all. :)

Some units have been tweaked up or down a few points, as have some heroes. Many units are still found stable at their current prices, and ranged units still cost about the same now that we're about to remove Screening and penalties from shooting into/out of melee.

As always, let us know if you find anything odd!

And, as always, find the lists HERE!
